The first step

Go to Photoshop buddy then create new File - New, because we want to create with A4 paper size then Width (width) 21 cm and Hight (height) 29.7 cm and Resolution 100 (up)
Open the image you want to create (recommended with good resolution)
Drag the image to the doc A4 we made, then set it
If your image is still many colors, choose Layer - New Adjustment Layer and do not need to be changed immediately click OK

After drag, make 4 boxes in the corners

Make 4 boxes using the Rectangle Tool and place it in the corner like the picture above (serves for the benchmark at the time of sweep later)
Duplicate layer 2 (image layer) as much as 3 pieces by right clicking on layer then select Duplicate layer and name it "black", "gray", "white"

Step two

Select the black layer and click MASKS - Add a pixel mask (drawing box) - Color Range

Then will appear Color Range tab, change the color on Select to black color
And the image will be selected only black as shown below

And then the image  will look like this

Repeat the second step in the gray layer with Color Range color gray and white layer with Color Range color white

Third step

If the second step is correct then it will look 3 layer with different selection result
Okay now we are going to split 2 color photoshop and turn them into raster (small dots)

Select only on the black layer (name is hitam)

Then select Image - Mode - Grayscale menu, if Marge, Cancel, DontMarge select Marge and if message Displard discard color information select Dischard

Select again Image - Bitmap, if Flatten layer appears select OK

Then will appear Bitmap box and fill in the resolution in accordance with the earlier in the making that is 100 or can also be changed in accordance with the wishes. Method change with Halftone Screen click OK

Then will appear box Halftone Screen input frequency 70, Angle 25 and Shape Elipse click OK

And when the image in the zoom will look raster point like the picture below

Now, we will make the gray color
Before that we return the first doc as before in the fox into a raster with select History and then find Grayscale

look in the HISTORY panel

If you've found just click on top of Grayscale as above picture, then automatically the document will return to view before changed to Grayscale earlier

Okay go for the gray color

Press Ctrl on the keyboard while clicked 2 layer like picture above (layer name "putih" n "abu-abu"), then right click Marge Layers
And repeat the third step above

If true then the image to its gray color like picture below

Looks raster point dots ready to saving

Then save by exporting
Good if the picture rich in t-shirts in jersey material or sweater / jacket

separate 2 colors with photoshop for screen printing 

Done .. try to open the 2 files that had been saved, we will get 2 different raster images on the right for us black screen printing, and the left to we screen with gray. Dont forget, if you want printout for film paper, use a laser or inject printer, for black print and so easy in afdruk process.
