Enter any image according to your taste by clicking File then Import
Set a large image on the page
Now select Bitmaps then Convert to Bitmaps
Then an image will appear as below

Set Resolution (the bigger then the smaller the points)
Color Mode (usually the most likely CMYK and Grayscale)
Transparent Background Check
Then select Bitmaps, Color Transform and Halftone
Select halftone mode |
Then the picture below will appear

Here we will adjust the tilt of the dot
And at Max dot Radius to observe the size of the dot dot radius
If you click click OK
Then it will appear like this

Save with JPEG type by changing the file in CorelDraw Done.
Why do you need JPEG?
Now stay and printout the film according to the needs and ready to be screened to the shirt ...
